About The Founder
Jointhechange.ai was founded by Elliott Martin, creator of the GEROA™ framework and author of the AI Change Management Playbook. With more than two decades of experience in transformation and change, Elliott has helped organisations deliver complex change across major consulting and in-house leadership roles.
Elliott’s background includes leading change, business readiness, communications, learning, and stakeholder engagement across large-scale programs in both the private and public sectors, including work with organisations such as Accenture, AGL, BHP, ANZ, Sigma Healthcare, the Australian Taxation Office, and NSW Treasury. Today, through Jointhechange.ai, Elliott helps change leaders and practitioners explore how AI can strengthen change delivery in ways that are practical, responsible, and grounded in the realities of the profession.
